Your "Legal Body" is the sum total all your contracts in law, your oaths, promises, debt, and allegiances to citizenry. It has many names, a "STRAWMAN," a Citizenship, an ALL-CAPS NAME.

Legal Bodies have credit scores, passports, bank accounts, licenses, a Social Security, and other documents with "Your Name" on it, the Legal Body re-presents the physical you in the imaginary world of law.

Collectively, all of your accounts in law, verbal or written, may be thought of as constituting the individual cells of your Legal Body. Understanding this Legal aspect of our Self is critical if we wish to have a happy and prosperous life, because it is this fictional imagined creation through which authority to collect your Physical Body (incarcerate) or accumulated assets from your labor can be taken - backed up by very real guns and jails.

If your Legal Body does something against the rules - breaks the law - then the physical body is collected, the mind suffers, and the spirit is disturbed.

This Legal Body or account that re-presents the living You in the world of fictions does exist, it is your name. You give it life and power when you as a physical free-will being sign your name and pledge your living self as collateral should the legal agreement be broken.

To even make agreements with governments, corporations, churches, or any other non-living being on this planet, the living physical you needs a representative in the fictional dimension of law.

To do so you are offered a Legal Body (also called a Strawman, ens legis, and various other titles) in the form of a NAME, a symbolic representation of the living Bio-Spiritual You for interacting with corporations, governments, churches, charities, associations, the UN, businesses, and all other non-living beings; all of which themselves are NAMES, i.e. France, Microsoft, The Holy See, Red Cross, etc...

Perhaps the easiest way to imagine your Legal Body is as a character (player or avatar) and legal twin in a Collective Game of countries, where you get a citizen as your piece.

In the Game everything is imagined, from the rules to the rulers and how they are chosen. These games (law) take place outside natural law, and the worlds of the Bio-Spiritual Being.

The imaginary reality becomes superimposed on the natural living reality (Mind and Physical Body) through a interesting twist of the rules, that is the ability to define something that is nonexistent, as real. And so, the pen becomes mightier than the sword, by turning your Name and all that You mentally associate with it (physical body) into a "Legal Fiction."

"A legal fiction is an assumption that something that is (or may be) false or nonexistent is true or real. Legal fictions are assumed or invented to help do justice." - From Oran '5 Dictionary of the Law, published by the West Group 1999

Merriam-Webster's Dictionary of Law 1996 states in part:

"legal fiction: something assumed in law to be fact irrespective of the truth or accuracy of that assumption." —Fields V. Fairbanks North Star Borough, 818 P.2d 658(1991)."

Accepting another’s claim or assumption (done via your Mental Body) that you are anything but a Bio-Spiritual sovereign consciousness is where alignment of true Whole-Self is disturbed.

Herein lies the reason so many people feel as though they are living lives of quiet desperation. Who they are spiritually is out of alignment with who they are legally. Spiritually you are the free sovereign, legally you may be a debtor responsible for the public debt as part of the allegiance to the public good. The "Public Good" is legally constructed as a Trust and each account holder in the Trust (registered by certificates) is both a co-beneficiary and a co-trustee. As a co-beneficiary the Legal Body receives benefits from the Trust, as a co-trustee the Legal Body (Citizen in the case of a government) has fiduciary duties to all their co-beneficiaries. The government as the managing Trustee is given the power (in the Trust By-Laws, Minutes, and records) to regulate the Trust Accounts, which are your Legal Bodies. When you "Register" to Vote you're using a benefit of the Trust, a place in the process of choosing the Trust Managers (called Presidents, Ministers, Prime Ministers, etc...). Per the terms of the social Trust you agree that you will respect the leaders chosen and their laws, you've opted in to the game of countries. If in this game your Legal Body (Name) is determined by the law (Trust) system to pay for a "charge" - be it monetary or criminal - your Bio-Spiritual body may be collected (incarceration) or what you consider to be Your legal assets (house, money in banks, stock) can be seized to pay the bill.

Here is how this all happens, ownership of your NAME in fiction is accomplished through certification and registration of a Birth Certificate matching your name.

Merriam Webster Dictionary 1998 defines certificate as:

cer-tif-i-cate, noun… 3) a document evidencing ownership or debt.-- Middle English certificat, from Middle French, from Medieval Latin ceruficatum.

When the NAME (STRAWMAN) was put into paper form as a Birth Certificate - the commercial version of You (the Legal Body) is created in a way not unlike one is berthed onto a ship (a "citizenship") - the Berth/Birth is then registered as the property of the Ship/State, and thusly is the nexus between your Physical Body and the Legal Body presumed into existence. Like a stock certificate, gold certificate, gift certificate, or any other kind of "certificate"; the Birth Certificate is a legal receipt for the property, in this case a persons living body.

The birth certificate is the government’s self-created document of title for “property,” i.e. the deed to the juristic-name artificial person whose all-caps name “mirrors” your physical beings name. It is this fiction (Legal Body/STRAWMAN) of you that is judged, charged, and taxed; what is being taxed is not the Living You or your labor, it is the Legal Body owned by the taxing government. Certainly each government has the right to pay thier bills by utilizing their legal property, be they natural resources of the public Trust or pledged fictional assets such as money or citizens (Legal Bodies). Due to the legal system which rules Legal Bodies, each government as a Internationally recognized sovereign has every legal right to anything it has legal claims on based upon either their presumption, or through expressed signed contract agreements such as a Social Security Account.

Things are really much more complex, and in a way simpler, than they seem as regards the Legal Body. We will continue to work on clarifying this page and our explanation, for now we hope the following video helps elucidate the existence of a Legal Body and it's relationship to government by looking at this relationship in terms of taxation; something most can relate too personally.

It should be noted that while the interviewer in the video is asking about the right to tax, the point for us in sharing this video has nothing to do with taxation specifically, taxes are one subset of the Legal Body; our purpose in sharing this video is to explore the legal presumption made by government through which they may claim the "right and authority" to tax (i.e. regulate) a living person. Just what is my contract with the fiction whose laws I agree will govern my life?

If we better understand our relationship to government, our Mental Bodies will be more peaceful (less confused), it is for this reason that to be in harmony with our Whole Bio-Spiritual Self one must mentally recognize the mechanics of the elusive imaginary Legal Body, and harmonize with it. Harmonization, or the process of reclaiming ones Sovereignty, is a Mental Process - not a legal process as many believe.

While there are legal documents that can be utilized in relation to specific situations (we endorse none) there purpose is for use on the legal dimension of existence, which is defined by the Mental field, therefore to be a free sovereign one must simply understand themselves and their relationship to their Legal Body. Once this is understood, you may create a entity structure appropriate to your perspective on the world. If you're a business person create a corporation, a missionary then join a ministry or church, a activist then create a charity, Foundation or humanitarian Trust.

At the end of the day it comes down to this, in nature (reality) as it is, all living people are equally bound by natures (God - or whatever you may call Creator) universal laws, from Pope to pauper, with inherent sovereign free-will character based on our True essence being a Bio-Spiritual Consciousness; through the use of Legal Bodies another set of laws have been established that rule and regulate life which are NOT equal.

These "Human Rights" (Oxymoron in relation to Truth) are "legal privileges" granted to a Legal Body, and therefore vary upon individual based on country, culture, and contract; so in law "people" are not equal. We don't all have "equal" human rights, because they are legally derived; what we do all have is equal spiritual (intrinsic, natural, universal) rights to define our reality for our Self. If we don't define our contract with life and law, then someone else will do so for us by "Presumption and Assumption." Here is a good interview that reveals the underlying presumption that is made by default when one fails to harmonize their Legal Body, the theoretical "social contract" whereby your intrinsic rights are traded for legal human rights for purposes of the public good/trust.

Authors Notation: The author (it should be noted) does not think the government is doing anything wrong, in fact they are doing a great service by providing for those who are not yet capable of being self-responsible. It is with free-will choice that individuals contract with a governing system for the benefits derived therefrom via the Legal Body. Government does recognize your sovereign rights as a Bio-Spiritual being should you choose to claim them – most people have simply chosen not to claim them, i.e. not to leave the safety of the citizen-ship; and understandably so, it is difficult to go it alone.

Government like all things is neither inherently a good or bad thing, the question of how good or bad a governing body may be is relative to how happy, free, and prosperous the individuals being governed feel. This means good governing is "relative" to the culture and purpose of the community body (from church to nation) being governed. Governance can be a very good and uplifting mechanism for upholding the intrinsic rights of humanity, or it can bring great misery if those in charge trample intrinsic rights. Throughout history, we have seen both good and bad examples of government. History shows that governing systems actually change to evolve with the times, what is good one day may become bad the next; the Serf model of the Agricultural Age (for example) would not have worked in the Industrial Age. Likewise as we enter into the Information Age, the Industrial soci-economic model of welfare based nation states and citizenship's may also go the way of Serfdom.

The current socio-economic governing model was perfectly sensible for the Industrial Age, as we enter the Information Age that is no longer the case as evidenced by the increasing poverty, environmental challenges, and the loss of wealth. This Industrial Age is dieing out, the good news is that a new Age of Information begun to bloom, offering us an alternative account to that of our Legal Body; it offers us a Digital Body. Digital representations of our Self create virtual worlds and virtual currencies in global forums, our potential is astounding.

"The Information Age will be the age of upward mobility. It will afford far more equal opportunity for the billions of humans in parts of the world that never shared fully in the prosperity of industrial society. The brightest, most successful and ambitious of these will emerge as truly Sovereign Individuals."
