AUM is a fellowship made up of a private association of clergy representing various beliefs, cultures, and spiritual associations for purposes of:

A) Furthering the spiritual evolution of mankind to enjoy maximum liberation and actualization of their innate nature for personal and spiritual growth, enlightenment, development, and fulfillment, in whatever terms and ways may pertain to each unique individual.

B) Furthering the upliftment and wellbeing of all people throughout the world and the betterment of life on planet Earth by supporting humanitarian, charitable, and other organizations that can, or are already, successfully helping those in need. and...

C) Discovering a unity that transcends the differences in religions, an underlying universal Truth based on spiritual principles.
