Practical Plans and Project Networking
Phase1

Phase One: Plan-It

In order to truly solve a issue or problem it is critical that we:

1. Identify the "Root Cause" of the problem.  That is to say, we must determine what is "causing" the effect (problem) we see in the world.

2. Share appropriate information for evaluating solutions which address the root cause of the problem, using sustainable criteria for all proposals.

3. Have a global communications and project networking platform for sharing information, best practices, and effective knowledge management.

4. Identify the participants (People, Projects, and Partners) whom agree to implement a specific solution once a Plan is identified, evaluated, and agreed upon. Additionally, effected stakeholders, local governments in project areas, and other third parties should be considered as participants (active or passive as they choose) during the evaluation process.

5. Seperate "reality" from "fiction," clearly identify whom are living beings in the effected eco-system and whom are fictions (legal persons) that must be considered and treated as living people (such as governments, powerful corporations in a given region, the U.N., etc...); plan appropriately to address fictional requirements to a Plan, such as permits, licenses, visa's, etc..

6. Prepare to implement the Plans chosen.  Implementation is Phase 2: "Plant-It"
